<p>A system for increasing the frequency of a laser beam utilizes focused Cherenkov radiation. The system utilizes reflective/refractive properties of continuous optices (8, 5) to achieve increased frequency, which provides a means to form a focussed beam increased density in such application as optical disk technology.</p> |
