CONSTITUTION:Each attachment number and its attachment shaft allowable revolution number and allowable torque value, and the tool number of each tool to be furnished at an attachment and its tool allowable revolution number and allowable torque, are memorized at a memory circuit 1. Next, the allowable revolution numbers and allowable torque values of the memorized opposing numbers are drawn out of an attachment number and its tool number furnished at a spindle 7. Next, when a spindle revolution number has been commanded, and in the case of its command value being not larger than an allowable spindle circuit number, a spindle revolution drive device 9 is started and cutting is commenced. Also, in the case of the detection value of a spindle load input detecting means 15 being not larger than a limit value counterbalancing an allowable torque value, a delivery drive device 16 is operated and cutting is continued.
