It comprises two hollow pieces 1, 2 which are screwed together and define a cavity accessed by air and water via respective tubes 3, 4 of axial direction. One of them is joined to the blind hole 6 of an inner discoidal piece 7, where there are a number of oblique drilled holes 10, and the other tube communicates with the drilled holes 9 close to the periphery of said discoidal piece 7. Backing onto this piece 7 there is another discoidal piece 12 with two series of holes 17, 18 arranged in concentric lines and all of which are open to a joint chamber 20 of the opposite end wall. This joint chamber 20 has a large axial cylindrical space 21 which is the point of tangential confluence of a series of recesses 22 open laterally from the peripheral holes 17, 19 thereof and which are in communication alternately with one 3 or the other 4 axial tube. On this second cylindrical piece 12 there is a washer 23 whose hole 24 is the outlet opening for the sprayed water. <IMAGE>
