A locking apparatus includes a cassette housing (2) connected with a bracket (7) by X levers (4), a coil spring (11) located between a shaft pin (5) and guide pin (8) of the X levers. The brackets are equipped with a ratchet gear (13) with teeth (13a)(13b), a ratchet lever (12) with a ratchet (12a) and a connecting pin (10) of the X levers is inserted in a long hole (12a) of the ratchet lever. An outside tooth of the ratchet gear is geared to gear trains (22)(23) which are coupled to a worm (21) secured to the rotary shaft of a motor (20) so that a cassette (1) is loaded and ejected by means of the rotation of the motor.
