A pulley (2) of a capstain motor (1) is connected with a pulley of an idler (3) by a belt (5) so that a cassette is loaded by an idle pinch (7). A mode gear (11) with a projection (12) is inserted in a fixed shaft (10) of a power gear coupled to the idle pinch at one side of a planet gear assembly (8), while the mode gear and a plate gear (14) are successively inserted such that a guide pin (13) is inserted into a guide groove (15) of the plate gear. Plate gears (16)(16') are coupled to a solar gear inserted in the fixed shaft. The end side of the plate bracket (20) is to be contact with the projection. A movable fixed pin (34) of a plate bracket (33) is inserted in a groove (30) of a planet gear (29) so that the planet gear is not rotated.
