The humidifier utilizing electrochemical phenomenon and agitation by ultrasonic for extracting metal ion contained in the water includes a lever (LS) installed on the bottom of tank for inputting the water, a heat sink (SH) whose water contacting side is acryl coated for preventing oxidation, a nebulizer (N) depositing at lower side of a second hole (30) and having a cap (NC) for heat dissipation, and an anode (AN) disposed in tank (100) with a height higher than the nebulizer for executing electrochemical reaction occured at the negative surface of the nebularizer.
