MODIFIED ANCHORING WORK AND TOOL THEREFOR

PURPOSE:To simplify the work and to improve the workability by arranging a gate frame above each wire and supporting a slide arm then moving each wire horizontally to a predetermined position thereafter anchoring the wire and cutting and connecting with a jumper wire. CONSTITUTION:A gate frame 9 is fixed to a pole 1 and a slide arm 11 is arranged on the support 10 of the frame 9. Then a wire stretcher 17 is moved to slide the arm 11 so as to adjust the position of each high voltage wire 4 thus securing two anchor arm metals to the post 1. When a jumper wire is connected with the ends of the wire 4 anchored in front and in rear of the pole 1, the work is simplified and the workability is improved.
