PURPOSE:To enhance reliability, service properties and maintenance by employing a probe structure wherein an outer cylinder can be assembled in a final process. CONSTITUTION:The leading end of an inner cylinder 2 has no step part and has a diameter same to or finer than the inner diameter of an outer cylinder 1 and a plurality of long grooves 1a becoming guides making the inner cylinder 2 movable are provided to the peripheral side surface of the outer cylinder 1 in an up-and-down direction and screws 2b threaded and engaged with the side wall surface of the inner cylinder 2 are provided to the respective long grooves 1a. In the above mentioned constitution, after the assembling of the inner cylinder 2 composed of respective part groups is completed and final adjustment, test and inspection are performed, the inner cylinder 1 is covered with the outer cylinder 1 in the direction shown by an arrow P and both of the outer and inner cylinders 1, 2 are fitted in a slidable manner by a plurality of the screws 2b. By this method, a probe can be easily completed after reliability is sufficiently confirmed. The impact generated when the probe is allowed to fall by mistake is dealed with by providing a plurality of the screws 2b. |
