OF TEE DISCLOSURE An output controlling device for an electric cooker which fully utilizes the capacities of electric cooker parts when the electric cooker is used at an ordinary temperature and which improves the convenience of the electric cooker in use. The output controlling device controls the input power to the electric cooker to temporarily increase the input power and then return it to its normal value before the temperature of a part of the cooker reaches a maximum allowable temperature.
