At first time intervals, a correction-data creation unit (102) receives values for residuals used in satellite positioning, and at second time intervals, each second time interval being 1/nth (n being an integer greater than or equal to 2) of each first time interval, the correction-data creation unit (102) receives correction values for said residuals. At the aforementioned second time intervals, the correction-data creation unit (102) uses the correction values to correct the abovementioned values for the residuals.
