(a) heating to a melted and softened state a foamable polyolefin sheet to form a polyolefin layer: (b) integrally laminating a fabric on one side; (c) and simultaneously drawforming to shape the article. Pref. the sheet comprises: (i) polyolefin; (ii) crosslinking agent; (iii) foaming agent; and (iv) organic peroxide. (i) is pref. polyethylene or polypropylene. Pref. the fabric is nonwoven, (ii) is pref. an oxine, nitroso and/or maleimide. (iii) is pref. an azodicarbaramide, Ba azodicarboxylate, N,N'-dinitroso pentamethylene tetramine, etc. (iv) is pref. an organic peroxide. The obtd. moulded article is useful for interior automotive trim. upholstery, etc.
