FLEXIBLE SHEET MATERIAL FOR PACKAGING ELECTRONIC PART

PURPOSE: To apply a flexible sheet material for an electronic part protecting package by providing a conductive layer on the upper surface of a self-supporting electric insulation film and an electrostatic prevention layer, which contains fluoroaliphatic sulfonic amide polyester compound diffused polymer to give a specified range of surface resistance, on the lower surface thereof. CONSTITUTION: On the upper surface of a self-supporting electric insulation film 32 which has upper and lower main surfaces, a conductive layer 33 is provided. On the lower main surface of the film 32, an electrostatic prevention layer 36 which contains fluoroaliphatic sulfonic amide amide polyether compound diffused polymer and has a 10<7> -10<14> ohm/square range of surface resistance. A sheet material obtained in this way is easily molded into a strong and closely sealed bag which is used to protect electronic parts such as a metal oxide semiconductor.
