PURPOSE:To shorten the starting time of an overall plant by judging whether to set a blow status outside a feed water heater drain system or recover inside the system in accordance with the specific condition of the suspended impurities density in the boiler feed water. CONSTITUTION:The output signal of a boiler feed water suspended impurities density detector D-1, the output signal of a drain suspended impurities density detector D-2A on the condenser 4 side, and the output signal of a drain suspended impurities density detector D-3A on the deaerator 5 side are fed into a starter 100 respectively. The starter 100 performs the prediction calculation of the suspended impurities density in the boiler feed water, and the calculation result is compared with a previously-set suspended impurities density limit value, then whether to set a blow status outside a feed water heater drain system is judged based on this comparison result. Thereby, the starting time of a generating plant can be shortened. |
