Disclosed are a plastic encapsulated stator of an external rotor electric motor and an external rotor electric motor using same, the plastic encapsulated stator comprising a sleeve seat (1), and further comprising several tooth portion assemblies (2) and a plastic encapsulated body (3), wherein each tooth portion assembly (2) comprises a tooth portion iron core (21) formed by stacking several silicon steel sheets, an end insulation (22) mounted on an end face of the tooth portion iron core (21), and a coil winding (23) wound on the end insulation (22), several bosses (11) which are distributed at intervals are circumferentially provided on an outer wall face of the sleeve seat (1), a snap groove (211) is provided at an end of an inner side of the tooth portion iron core (21), several tooth portion assemblies (2) are circumferentially mounted on the outer wall face of the sleeve seat (1), the bosses (11) are nested and mounted inside the snap groove (211), and the plastic encapsulated body (3) connects the sleeve seat (1) and several tooth portion assemblies (2) as a whole. A simple structure is provided, and the phenomenon of waste in the production process can be reduced, thereby achieving the aim of reducing the production cost, while at the same time, the structural strength of the plastic encapsulated stator is stronger, which guarantees reliability and safety in long-term operation thereof. |
