A linear flexible positioning device comprises an X-axis positioning portion (1), a Y-axis positioning portion (2) and a Z-axis positioning portion (3). The X-axis positioning portion (1) comprises an X-axis base (11), an X-axis sliding rail (12), an X-axis sliding table (13) and an X-axis power unit. The Y-axis positioning portion (2) comprises a Y-axis base (21), a Y-axis sliding rail, a Y-axis sliding table (22) and a Y-axis power unit. The Z-axis positioning portion (3) comprises a vertical column (32), a Z-axis screw shaft (33), a Z-axis screw nut (34) mounted on the Z-axis screw shaft (33) and a Z-axis servo motor (35) driving the Z-axis screw shaft (33) to rotate. The Z-axis screw shaft (33) is vertically arranged perpendicular to the X-axis sliding rail (12) and the Y-axis sliding rail. A spline shaft (35) sheathed on the outside of the Z-axis screw shaft (33) is fixedly connected with the Z-axis screw nut (34). A spline nut (36) for being penetrated by the spline shaft (35) is mounted on the vertical column (32) and at the top of a guide inner cavity (31). The top end of the spline shaft (36) extends out of the guide inner cavity (31) and a mounting panel (5) is mounted above the vertical column (32). The linear flexible positioning device is high in bearing capacity and precision, protective properties and capable of positioning arbitrary points within a certain spatial range.
