PURPOSE:To eliminate the need for a control channel for exclusive use of access and a MODEM for a slave station by varying sequentially a correlation code required for the code division multiple access system and applying the control seeking an idle channel not used for communication. CONSTITUTION:In the case of applying access control between a master station 1 and a slave station 4, a slave station access controller 7 varies the correlation code required for the code division multiple. access connection system of a control channel MODEM 5-2 of the station 4 sequentially. Then the control seeking on idle channel not used for the communication is applied and the idle channel is used to set its own station to the transmission enable state. When the transmission data is set, the station 4 uses a transmission code in pairs with the reception code to the station 1 to send a connection request and when connection enable information is sent from the access controller 6 of the station 1, the transmission is started. When the connection request is applied from the station 1 to the station 4, the idle channel is used and the channel for exclusive use of access is not required and the communication access is applied through a communication control channel 13 for both the access and communication.
