PURPOSE:To detect an original state instantaneously without correction operation on restoration by composing a detecting means of a rheostat outputting the analog signal of a value corresponding to the state of a blind and an A/D converter converting the analog signal into a digital signal. CONSTITUTION:Rheostats 10, 11 detect the state of a blind and output a corresponding analog signal to an A/D converter 60, and the A/D converter 60 converts the analog signal into a digital signal. That is, even when the supply of operating power is interrupted temporarily in a controller by service interruption, etc., the angular position of the slat of the blind is detected instantaneously by the angle sensor 10 composed of the rheostat on restoration in the same manner as the height sensor 11.
