PURPOSE:To use only one capacity and to reduce chip areas by leading an output through an inverter out of an N-MOS transistor (TR) which has the drain connected to a power source terminal and the node of a series resistance body, the source grounded, and the gate connected to the power source terminal. CONSTITUTION:The series resistance body of resistances 1 and 2 is provided while one terminal is connected to the power source terminal 2 and the other is grounded. Further, a series capacitor body of a resistance 8 and a capacitor 13 connected in series is provided while the other terminal of the resistance 8 is connected to the power source terminal 2. The drain part of the N-MOSTR14 is connected to one terminal of the capacitor 13 and the node 3 of the series resistance body, the source part is grounded, and the gate part is connected to the power source terminal 2; and its output is sent out of the node 7 to a terminal 11 through the inverter 15. |
