PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminate that is free from the concern about residual solvent and the problem of decrease in laminate strength due to time degradation, and achieves strong adhesion between layers.SOLUTION: As an adhesion layer of a laminate, used is an adhesive resin composition layer comprising a ternary copolymer comprising an alkene-(meth) acrylic acid ester-unsaturated carboxylic acid (unsaturated dicarboxylic acid) defined in the invention.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
