The circuit contains an amplifier (V), between the amplifier output (2) of which and the inverting input (4) of which a first feedback resistor (R1) is arranged. A second feedback resistor is inserted between the amplifier output (2) and a reference point (6) which is connected via a first capacitor (C1) to the inverting amplifier input (4) and via a second resistor (R2) to a reference potential (earth). The input signal (Ue) is injected between the second resistor (R2) and the reference potential or via a second non-inverting amplifier input (5).
