PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a measurement technique having high precision and improved responsiveness without receiving supply of power having a stable and precise voltage.SOLUTION: Electronic equipment includes: a sensor part 220 including a sensor 224 for generating thermoelectromotive force according to temperature of an object to be heated, an amplification circuit 223 for generating sensor analog output by amplifying the thermoelectromotive force, a characteristic storage part 221 for storing temperature characteristic data for indicating a correlation between sensor analog output and temperature of an object to be heated, and a sensor power supply for supplying power to the amplification circuit sensor and generating a reference voltage; an AD conversion part for converting a sensor reference voltage from analog to digital to generate reference potential data and for converting the analog output from analog to digital to generate sensor output data; an arithmetic processing part 12 that corrects the sensor output data by the reference potential data, and calculates temperature of an object to be heated based on the corrected sensor output data and temperature characteristic data; and a control part 10 including a control part power supply for supplying power to the arithmetic processing part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
