PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a removal method of a removal target DNA that has high reliability and excellent operability, a DNA cassette suitable for the removal method of a removal target DNA, and an expression vector.SOLUTION: A removal method of a removal target DNA of the present invention has an expression process of introducing an expression vector having a DNA which codes site-specific recombinant enzyme derived from φK38-1 into a host cell, which has a region including two recognition sequences recognized by the site-specific recombinant enzyme and a removal target DNA sandwiched by the two recognition sequences in a genome DNA, and expressing the site-specific recombinant enzyme in the host cell. Further, a host cell of the present invention is a bacterial cell, and it is preferable that a cell of Rubrivivax gelatinosus out of the bacterial cell is more preferable.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9 |
