CLONED HUMAN T CELL FORMING NON-VIRULENT AIDS VIRUS HAVING ANTIGENICITY

摘要

PURPOSE:To obtain cloned human T cell useful for treating, preventing and diagnosing infection of AIDS, integrated with a non-virulent AIDS virus gene having antigenicity. CONSTITUTION:Human T cell (H9 cell) is infected with AIDS virus, cultured and cloned to give a transformed human T cell (H6 cell) producing non-virulent AIDS virus having antigenicity and not having giant cell forming ability.
