PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrict a discharge flow rate that becomes an excessive amount in respect to a requisite flow rate of working fluid and to restrict consumption of driving force.SOLUTION: An oil pump device 1 comprises: a hydraulic chamber formed at a casing 5; a rotor rotatably stored in the hydraulic chamber to define the hydraulic chamber in its rotating direction to form a pump chamber; a suction port opened at the hydraulic chamber to guide working fluid to the pump chamber; a discharging port [a first discharging port] arranged at a more rear part of the rotor in its rotating direction than the suction port; a land pressure control port [a second discharging port] for discharging working oil sucked from the suction port into the pump chamber after reduction of volume of the pump chamber and increased pressure, arranged at a more rear side of a rotating direction of the rotor than the discharging port to communicate with the discharging port through the pump chamber; and a pressure adjusting valve 138 for controlling a discharging pressure [a hydraulic pressure at a second supply passage 120] of the land pressure control port and controlling a flow rate of working oil discharged out of the discharging port.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5 |
