PURPOSE:To execute an automatic operation of various blow works, by providing a cylinder mechanism and a solenoid valve for operating this mechanism, and electrically controlling an operation of the solenoid valve. CONSTITUTION:When an operation mode is selected by a one-heat mode selecting part 88 of a controlling device 83, solenoid valves 26a, 26b, 26c, 62 and 63 are controlled so that blow force, a ram stroke and the number of blows, which are designated in advance are obtained in the selected operation mode, and the automatic operation is executed. For instance, in case of an operation mode 1, first, the forging operation of the set number of times is executed automatically by weak blow force and a small ram stroke by use of a die 1. Subsequently, after the time when a metallic material subjected to such rough working is shifted to a die 2, the forging operation of the set number of times is executed automatically by medium blow force and a medium ram stroke. Finally, after the time when the half-finished metallic material is shifted to a die 3, the forging operation of the set number of times is executed automatically by strong blow force and a large ram stroke, and an alarm device is operated when the operation ends. |
