A purification of silica sand is accomplished by the stages of crushing and sieving ore to make silica or natural sand, pouring the sand and the sulfuric acid of 85-95% concentration in the reacting tank, reacting in steam pressure of 15-500 psi for 10-120 seconds in the tank until concentration of sulfuric acid is 30-70%, extracting the waste acid, washing until pH comes to 6.5-7.5 and dehydrating to water centent ratio of 5%. The method saves time and cost, makes production on a large scale.
