PURPOSE:To obtain a stable digital circuit having high sensitivity, by using a Josephson interference meter and at the same time adding a damping resistance to reduce the resonance. CONSTITUTION:The Josephson interference meters JD1 and JD2 consist of the Josephson junctions 301 and 302, the inductors 303 and 304, and a resistance 307 for prevention of the resonance. At the same time, the damping resistance 510 and 511 are set between the meters JD1 and JD2 in order to reduce the resonance phenomenon caused between both meters. In addition, an inductor 501 is connected to the joint between the meters JD1 and JD2 as well as to the joint between the load resistances 103 and 104 respectively. The inductor 501 reduces the oscillating phenomenon which is caused by the conflict between both interference meters. In such way, the two interference meters are used along with a damping resistance which reduces the resonance. Thus a stable digital circuit having high sensitivity is obtained. |
