The use of a compound of formula (II) or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof: <CHEM> wherein R10 is hydrogen, C1-10 alkyl, C3-7 cycloalkyl, C3-6 alkenyl, phenyl or phenyl-C1-3 alkyl; and one of the groups represented by R11, R12 and R13 is hydrogen, C1-6 alkyl, C3-7 cycloalkyl, C2-6 alkenyl or phenyl-C1-3 alkyl and each of the other groups, which may be the same or different, is hydrogen or C1-6 alkyl; in the manufacture of a medicament for use in the treatment of cytotoxic agent or radiation induced nausea and vomiting, or motion sickness.
