An eccentric grinding machine (1) has a grinding disk (12) rotatably mounted on a drive shaft (7). Mutually touching rolling rings (18, 20) are mounted on the grinding disk (12) and on the housing (2) of the eccentric drive of the eccentric grinding machine (1) in the form of a planetary gear. The rolling ring (18) on the housing (2) of the eccentric drive is mounted concentrically with the drive shaft (7), and the rolling ring (20, 40, 50) is mounted on the grinding disk (12) eccentrically to the drive shaft (7). This results in a reliable, insensitive construction specially suited to fine grinding work, in which the rolling ring (20, 40, 50) of the grinding disk (12) is frictionally engaged with a rolling ring (18) in the form of an internally toothed ring fastened to the housing, and in which the acceleration of the grinding disk (12) to the no-load speed of the drive shaft (7) is very effectively prevented. |
