摘要 |
PURPOSE:To relax stress generated on a film fixed section at the time of orientation and make a boundary between an oriented section and non-oriented section of the film at the film fixed section hard to break by carrying out orientation of a high molecular film in multi-stages. CONSTITUTION:Orientation of one stage is carried out by (n) times (n=2-10, and is not necessarily an integer) in the orientation of a high molecular film, and said process is repeated. Orientation is carried out at constant speed in the orientation of high molecular film. The speed is preferably several tens cm/min or less. Tension is applied uniformly to the whole film by orientating at constant speed to prevent large stress from being generated on a boundary between an oriented section and a non-oriented section. |
