A room temperature difference signal, and a reference blowout temperature are calculated with the temperature being corrected. A target blowout temperature is thus calculated. The heat exchanger is controlled so that the difference between the target blowout temperature and the actual blowout temperature becomes zero. Predetermined arithmetic operations are executed by a microcomputer on the basis of the temperature signals of the respective portions from temperature sensors, air-mix door opening degree signals from feedback potentiometers and set signals from push button switches.
