PURPOSE:To attain a high-speed processing by dividing a nonvolatile memory into a filing part, which stores a working program, and a file managing part, which manages the filing part, and adopting an absolute address system for the file managing part and the a sector system management for the filing part. CONSTITUTION:The storage area 1 of the working program constituted of a nonvolatile memory is divided into parts at a constant size, an area 4 is the part to manage the working program stored into the memory 1, constituted of a directory 41 and a file arranging table FAT 42, and they manage the working program stored into the memory 1 and the section between the sectors, respectively. For example, a working program 21 is stored into the memory 1 by using sectors 31, 33, 34 and 36, and the connections of them is supervised by the FAT 42. That is, the absolute address system is adopted for the file managing part, and the management in the sector system is adopted for the filing part. Thus the arbitrary working program during unexecution can be accessed at high speed without affecting the other processing program.
