The light aggregate material is manufactured by the stages of mixing 40-90 wt.% used briquet, 10-60 wt.% clay, 40-90 wt.% coal and moderate water in a mixer, making shape of pebble or coarse sand with the mixture mortar, drying, sintering at the temp. of 980-1200 deg.C. The artificial aggregate enables to overcome the shortage of natural aggregates. The produced aggregate has a light weight and good insulating, soundproofing, dustproofing and has a simplicity of manufacture and a low cost.
