PURPOSE:To improve operating efficiency by releasing an arbitrary charger from the control of charge control means and switching to an operation disable state. CONSTITUTION:If a malfunction occurs in any of chargers 7A-9A of a charging area, the chargers 7A-9A are released from the control of charge control means 35 by switch means 20 to be switched to an operation disable state. Then, the other chargers 7A-9A are controlled by the means 35 to be able to charge the batteries of an operatorless vehicle 2. Thus, even if any of the chargers 7A-9A in the area malfunctions, another chargers 7A-9A in the area are operated to charge and start the vehicle 2, and the operating efficiency can be maintained without influence to next step area. |
