PURPOSE:To provide the subject compounded rice readily cooked, giving the same boiled product as that of polished rice and enabling to intake brown rice having a high nutritive value in a good taste state by polishing the non- glutinous brown rice is an imperfect state and subsequently compounding a small amount of the imperfectly polished rice with perfectly polished rice. CONSTITUTION:Imperfectly polished brown rice prepared by polishing non- glutinous brown rice in an imperfect state such as a 30-70% polished state is compounded with perfectly polished rice to provide the objective compounded rice effective for health. |
