<p>The device for improving the efficiency of cargo handling, reduces the rope wear from pendulum motion of suspension beam. Friction force of pully and rope, generating the rope wear, is controlled by supplementary hydraulic circuit and relief valve. The device includes traverse travelling trolley (4) with wheel (3), mounted on rail (2) of crane main body beam (1); wire rope (8)(8') between rope pulley (5)(5') of trolley (4) and rope pulley (7)(7') of suspension beam (6'); hydraulic circuit including a gear pump connected with the pulley (7)(7'), hydraulic piping, an oil tank, a valve and a check valve.</p> |
