PURPOSE:To contrive a reduction in the size of the product of a laminated ceramic capacitor, a reduction in the thickness of the product and the improvement of the efficiency of the product by a method wherein an electrode layer is formed of a metal alkoxide or a ceramic layer is formed with a sol solution obtainable by mixing the metal alkoxide, metallic salt, alkohol, distilled water and a catalyst and the electrode layer is formed of an electrode member which is the ceramic layer. CONSTITUTION:If (a BaTiO3 thin film) is illustrated as a ceramic member, a (Ba(O-Et)2) 1, a (Ti(O-i-Pr)4) 2 and a (C2H5OH) 3 are mixed as a metal alkoxide while nitrogen is refluxed. Then, a sample obtainable by mixing respectively a (C2H5OH) 4, a hydrochloric acid 5 and distilled water 6 in the above mixture is hydrolyzed (1d) and thereafter, nitrogen is refluxed and a BaTiO3 sol solution 7 is prepared. Then, a base material 8 obtained from the solution 7 is dipped into the solution 7, the BaTiO3 thin film (a ceramic layer) is formed and after a heat treatment, printings of internal electrodes are respectively repeated to obtain a primary processed article 8a. Then, a chip type laminated ceramic capacitor 9 is formed via processes for cutting, a heat treatment and the formation of terminal electrodes. |
