PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building reinforcement structure that prevents collapsing of a building even when excessive external force that destroys a part of the building is exerted, and may be installed on an existing building also relatively easily at a low cost.SOLUTION: A building reinforcement structure includes a wire material 2 wired along an outer surface of a rigid frame R, a first support part 3 for supporting an end of the wire material 2 on the rigid frame R, a second support part 4 for supporting the other end of the wire material 2 on a foundation F, and intermediate support parts 5, 6 for supporting an intermediate part of the wire material 2 on the rigid frame R. The first support part 3 is disposed above a portion where destruction is foreseen. The first intermediate support part 5 is disposed above the first support part 3 at a horizontally deviated position, and includes a support material that slidably supports the intermediate part of the wire material 2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
