PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide oily cleansing cosmetics that can be used without problems such as a decreased detergency, and cloudiness even in the conditions that the hands or the skin is wet, as well as the cosmetics being able to be washed out easily.SOLUTION: An oily cleansing cosmetic contains the following components (A) and (B): (A) one or more of polyoxyethylene-20 glyceryl triisostearate or polyoxyethylene-20 glyceryl trioleate; and (B) decaglyceryl monoisostearate. In the oily cleansing cosmetic, the detergency when water get mixed is maintained, storage stability is high, and the feeling of use when washing out with water is excellent.SELECTED DRAWING: None |
