Drive device for polygraphic blade rabbet machines - has vertically adjustable crank drive and drive shaft

The drive for a rabbet blade has a crank drive and drive shaft supported by a bearing plate which is moved vertically by the spindle which is fixed on the housing. The setting spindle (13) is connected to the bearing plate (10) in the turning point (14) and the setting spindle head (15) is provided with a circular scale (17) which passes a mark (18). A connecting lever (21) swivel mounted on a ball bearing (22) is positioned on the shaft/crank drive shaft (8) next to an output wheel (20) and a coupling (19). This connecting lever supports a gear shaft (24) together with support rollers positioned thereon, a gear wheel (24) and a compression spring (25) set between the connecting lever (21) and a bearing (27) positioned on a lever (28) firmly connected to the bearing plate (10). The gear wheel (24) and support rolelrs rotate on the drive wheel (32) positioned on the main drive shaft and on support rollers. USE/ADVANTAGE - Quicker adjustments and replacements are rabbet blade.
