PURPOSE:To omit the need to change the commodity codes even if the corresponding commodity prices are changed by the times by securing a constitution where a computer received an order containing a date of delivery and a commodity code reads the prescribed code corresponding to the date of delivery out of a period table and adding this code to the commodity code to obtain an internal process code. CONSTITUTION:A customer has an access to an order receiving computer 3a from a customer device 2-1 via a telephone line to give an order to an order receiving center 3. The computer 3a stores a member code C1, a date C2 of delivery, and a commodity code C3 received from the center 3 into a storage area of the computer 3a itself. At the same time, the computer 3a reads the prescribed code corresponding to the date C2 out of a period table 3b and adds this code to the code C3 to obtain an internal process code CI. A host computer 4a controls the commodities based on the code CI. Thus it is not required to change the code C3 even if the corresponding commodity price changes with the time. |
