PURPOSE:To improve the cutting quality of a cutter, safely put it into or out of an operation portion, and prevent the abrasion of the blade section of an inner member at the time of sliding by deforming a regional portion containing the cutting tip section of the inner member separately from other portions of the inner member, and forcibly bringing it into contact with the inner face of an outer member. CONSTITUTION:Part of a hollow inner tube 13 is inserted into an outer tube 12. The inner tube 13 has a regional portion 75 containing a tip section 70. This regional portion 75 is divided from the inner tube 13 by slots 76 and 77 and can be spread outward independently from other portions 13a of the inner tube 13. The slot 76 is formed in the axial direction, the slot 77 is formed in the radial direction, respectively, when this regional portion 75 is inserted into the outer tube 12. It is positively brought into contact with the inner face. The regional portion 75 cuts an object to be sucked 4 together with the edge section 18a of an opening section 18. |
