摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To obtain an ultrafine powder which is useful as a concrete admixture and a concrete filler by providing a product preparation installation for mixing fine powder different in particle sizes which are prepared using a microatomizer and a super-high temperature vaporizer. CONSTITUTION:Clinker ash 1 in the first ash hopper 5 and cinder ash 2 and fly ash 3 in the second ash hopper 8 are received in the first receiving hopper 9, sent to microatomizer 10 where they are crushed into ultrafine particles. The particles are dried in the dryer 11. crushed again in the crusher 12 and stored in the hopper 15 for ultrafine particles. The cinder ash 2 and the fly ash 3 from the second ash hopper 8 is received in the second receiving hopper 16 and sent to the ultra high temperature furnace 17 and combusted under oxygen-enriched conditions. The alumina of high vaporization temperature becomes a material for concrete filler as a fused slag 24. In the product preparation installation C, ultrafine particles in the hoppers 15 and 25 are sent to the tank 28 for mixing then sent to the product slurry tank 30.</p>
