<p>PURPOSE:To prevent the work of an operator from being concentrated in the end of a month by executing processing to prepare the details of a medical treatment reward concerning extracted medical treatment data, summing-up the extracted data to a medical treatment reward file and issuing the detailed statement of the medical treatment reward for a fixed period. CONSTITUTION:Based on the inputted medical treatment data, a data base change part 9a stores the identification numbers of patients for every day to a journal file 1a and a medical treatment item, insurance point and the detailed statement of medical treatment action, etc., are registered and updated to a DB file 2a for each patient. Based on the identification numbers of the patients for every day in the journal file 1a, this extracting part 3a extracts the medical data of the patients on one day and stores the data in an extraction file 3f. A preprocessing part 4a executes preprocessing to the medical treatment data in the extraction file 3f and receipt intermediate data on that day in a receipt intermediate file 4f and summed-up and stored to a sum-up file 4f where the receipt intermediate data to the previous day are summed-up. In the end of the month, an editing part 12 prints 15 the receipt intermediate data for one month summed-up in the file 6f.</p> |
