PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a comfortable insertion object, having a holding structure in which the object has size suitable for arrangement to be arranged below an eyelid and be along at least a part of a conjunctival sac of each of upper and lower eyelids of an eye.SOLUTION: A holding structure resists deviation for guiding an insertion object 31 along a sac when the holding structure is arranged on a conjunctival sac of an eye and when the eye moves. The holding structure can be constructed by plural methods, for providing resistance to the deviation, and may comprise hoop strength for stimulating the holding structure outward, and inhibiting movement of the holding structure to a cornea. The insertion object may rotatably move using the deviation along the conjunctival sac, and may have the holding structure having cross section dimension of size which adapts in a fold of a conjunctiva. The insertion object may comprise a mechanism and a treatment agent for releasing a treatment agent in a treatment amount, for a long term.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1-2-1 |
