IC engine with air injection device - has connected distributor tube and injection tube

The device is esp. for air injection into an exhaust gas channel. An injection tube (5) opening into the exhaust channel (6), is in connection with a distribution tube (12), located in the engine housing (1) near a jointing plane (11). The distribution tube is located in the area of the plane, which devides the housing into crank housing (3) and cylinder head (2). A seal (4) between housing and gead has a recess (16) acting as connection (17) between districuion tube and injection tube. USE - Air injection into IC engine exhaust just downstream of exhaust valve.
