PURPOSE:To read out written data at an arbitrary time and to quickly transform a matrix by providing a matrix transformation RAM having many two- dimensionally arranged memory cells. CONSTITUTION:Data from a display device 5 is supplied as input data (row signal) to a write terminal W of a matrix transformation RAM 3 through an I/O interface 4 and a memory bus 2 and is written in a prescribed position of the RAM 3 having many two-dimensionally arranged memory cells based on the write address signal from a CPU 1. Data is read out from a prescribed position of the RAM 3 based on the read address signal from the CPU 1 and is taken out to a read terminal R and is supplied as output data (column signal) to the display device 5 through the memory bus 2 and the I/O interface 4 and is displayed. Since the RAM 3 is used, write and read are possible at an arbitrary time, and the transformation speed is increased. |
