The system has a memory unit to register the name and the number of a customer performed credit transaction and to print the contents of the credit transection. The method comprises a registration mode for registering the name and the number of the customer and the contents of the credit transaction, a business mode for processing the credit transaction of the customer when the credit transaction is performed, a settling mode for subtracting the paid amount from the registered credit amount, and a print mode for printing the number of credit transactions and the total amount of credit.
