PURPOSE:To execute the selection of an incoming control channel effectively and to reduce the operation disable time by providing a selection control means controlling a history storage means and a means selecting an incoming control channel based on the storage content of the history storage means. CONSTITUTION:A history memory 7 is provided as a history storage means storing which incoming control channel is used in the past and a selection control means controlling a frequency synthesizer 3 based on the storage content of the memory 7 is provided to a control section 4. When a mobile radio equipment 10 decides a standby channel at application of power, the control section 4 references a number (P6, P7 or the like) of the incoming control channel used in the past written in a standby channel table in the memory 7 already. Then the received electric field level is measured, written in a level order memory 8 in the larger order and the propriety of the operation of the channel is decided in the written order. Since the channel with high reception possibility is quickly selected, the channel selection is effectively executed and the operation disable time of a radio equipment 10 is reduced. |
