PURPOSE:To easily grasp and monitor the entire system by using one transmission system for a transmission system of a sub information signal, using other transmission system for a reception system, superimposing a sub information signal bit separated from a transmission signal of the transmission system onto the transmission signal with an alternate channel and sending the resulting signal to any terminal station equipment. CONSTITUTION:When a sub information signal exists in a transmission signal coming through a transmission system A from a terminal station equipment 11, a sub information signal separate section 22 separates the sub information signal. Moreover, a sub information signal monitor section 23 an idle channel for the transmission signal by monitoring the transmission signal including the sub information signal through a transmission system B. A sub information signal insert section 21 insets the sub information signal to the idle channel and sends the resulting signal to the terminal station equipment 11. A sub information signal bit exchange section 25 replaces the sub information signal sent through the transmission system B in the terminal station equipment 11 into a bit of the transmission signal passing through the transmission system A and sends the resulting signal to a prescribed equipment. The priority is set by controlling the sub information signal bit exchange section 25. |
